Altaca have been appointed to undertake the fit-out of Citibank's first retail banking branch located in the Paveletskaya 1 Office Building, the area involved is some 500m2. This is a fast-track project with completion planned for the end of September 2002.

Altaca have been appointed, following an International Competitive Tender, to undertake the fit-out of The World Bank's new offices located at Bolshaya Moltchanovka 36. The project encompasses almost 5,000 m2 of office and service space. The Architects / Project Managers are ABD+SPG&A and the Engineers are Ove Arup. The project has already commenced and is due to be completed in early January 2003.

 

26 June 2002
Altaca achieved Substantial Completion on our project for the fit-out of an 800m2 Luxury Apartment on Nesvizhsky Pereulok for a Private Client. The project commenced in September 2001 and was built to the design of Smiros & Smiros architects of New York. The local architects were Murray O'Laoire and the engineers Ove Arup.

Altaca have been appointed to undertake renovation and construction works at a Luxury House located in Zhukovka on Rubelovsky-Uspenskoe Schosse for a Private Client. The project involves the provision and installation of 2 jakuzzi's, one next to the swimming pool, the other in the master bathroom, repairs to parquet flooring, walls and ceilings throughout and the installation of new carpeting.

Following a competitive tender, Altaca have been appointed to undertake the concept design for the Entrance Area and the Conference Facilities for the UNDP's proposed move to new office facilities close to their existing offices.

 

01 June 2002
Altaca have completed a major fit-out project for the US Embassy. The project was in the New Embassy Compound and was to convert storage and other space to form modern A class offices. The scope of work required the demolition all existing structures within the area back to shell & core and to then construct new gypsum and glazed partitioning, suspended & gypsum ceilings, new screed to floors followed by carpet tiling and granite flooring, the installation of new windows, doors and specialist security doors, the construction of toilets, shower rooms and changing facilities. The MEP requirements were particularly exacting and involved new hot & cold water plumbing, a fire protection system, heating system, ventilation system and electrical system - all to US Standards with US sourced materials and equipment.

The new Italian Restaurant "Pinocchio" opened today. The restaurant, which is located on Kutuzovsky Prospect close to the Hotel Ukraina, was converted by Altaca from a former John Bull Bar.

Altaca have completed the renovation of the Reception, Conference Rooms and Executive Offices in the Renaissance Capital offices in the Usadba Centre. Our scope of work included the architectural and engineering detailed design based on a concept prepared by the client's interior designer, James Elliott.
