Following a competitive tender Altaca have been
appointed by
LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP,
a leading law firm, to carry out the renovation and fit-out of
office space adjoining their existing offices located on Nikitsky
Pereulok in the centre of Moscow. Altaca undertook a previous
project for the same company 6 years ago. The architects, who will
also act as the Project Managers, are Murray O'Laoire.

The
Anglo-American School,
following our successful completion of a major fit-out project for
them this Summer, have appointed Altaca to undertake the complete design and
construction of acoustic and allied works in several areas
of the school including the dining areas, kitchen, theatre and
music rooms. The work is to commence at the start of the school's
Christmas and New Year holidays and is to be completed in 3 weeks.

Baker Hughes
have appointed us to undertake additional fit-out work at their
new offices in Aerostar Place. This follows the successful
completion of the initial fit-out project that we completed at the
end of July 2003. This expansion is due to be completed within 1
month.

Following a competitive tender we have been appointed
by
Deloitte
to undertake the fit-out of additional space in their
offices located in the Mokhovaya Business Centre. The
project is due to start commence on-site on November 10th
with completion in 5 weeks.
Altaca have previously undertaken two previous
office fit-out projects for Deloitte.

The
Anglo-American School
today started their 2003/4 academic year and occupied the new
facilities constructed by Altaca during their Summer break.
Over 1,500m2 of shell & core space was converted into
classrooms, theatre, computer rooms, staffrooms, pe & exercise
areas and other facilities in 7 weeks by an Altaca team of
over 150 staff.

Baker
Hughes
today took over occupancy of their new offices located in
Aerostar Place on Leningradsky Prospect. The project was
awarded to Altaca (on a negotiated contract basis) in
January of this year, work started on site at the
beginning of May and the fit-out of over 1,400m2 was
completed in 13 weeks.

We have been awarded a contract by a private
client
to construct a luxury country
residence
located in the village of Zukovka close to Rubelovskoe-Uspenskoe
Schosse to the West of Moscow. The house has been designed by
Smiros & Smiros Architects of New York with detailed design by
Murray O'Laoire in Moscow (who will also act as the client's
Project Manager). The engineering concept design is by Ove Arup.
The project has started immediately and is due for completion in
15 months.
Altaca will be responsible for carrying out all detailed
engineering design work for the project.

We have been engaged by the
Anglo-American School
in Moscow
to convert attic and basement areas totaling over 1,500m2 into
classrooms, a theatre, a music room, computer area, exercise room
and storage area. The design-build fast track project will commence on-site on the 6th
June and is scheduled for completion by the end of July, a total
duration of 8 weeks. At the peak we expect to have on-site over
130 personnel. The scope of works includes civil, mechanical and
electrical works including all associated design work. The
contract was awarded to Altaca on a competitive tender basis. The
client's Project Manager is Davis Langdon Europe. |

Altaca have today handed over to the client,
Dandy-Stimorol-Cadbury, their new offices at the
Westbridge Park Office Complex. The project, which was completed
from shell and core, was undertaken on a fast-track basis and
required only 7 weeks from start to finish. The scope of work
included demolition of existing structure and a full civil,
mechanical and electrical installation including raised floors
throughout. |

Final completion has been achieved at the
Fitch Ratings
offices in Ducat II, the project, which involved the fit-out of
250m2 of space, was completed from shell and core in 8 weeks from
our appointment. |

Altaca have been appointed to carry-out the fit-out of 1,400m2
of shell and core office space in the new Westbridge Park Office
Complex located on Leningradsky Prospect, work on-site will
commence immediately. The client is
Dandy-Stimorol-Cadbury
and their Project Manager is Time-CC. The project is to be
completed on a fast-track basis with the client taking occupation
within 7 weeks from project commencement.

Fitch Ratings
new
offices to be located in the Ducat II Office Centre on Ulitsa
Gasheka. The premises, comprising 250m2, are in shell & core
condition and will be fitted out to A-class standards.

Altaca have been appointed by
Baker Hughes
to undertake
the fit-out of their new offices which are to be located in the
Aerostar Place Office Centre on Leningradsky Prospect in Moscow.
The offices will be on the 4th and 5th floors and total 1,440m2 of
previously occupied space. The project is to be completed to a
concept design prepared by the Houston-based
architect Kirksey. The contract was awarded following interviews
with the client and is on a negotiated contract basis. On-site
work is planned to start at the beginning of May with hand-over to
the client due for the end of July.

The World Bank
have today completed the relocation into their new
offices located at Bolshaya Moltchanovka 36. The 5,000m2 fit-out
project was completed 3 weeks ahead of the contracted completion
date. |
