12 December 2004
Altaca have been appointed by a Private Client on a negotiated contract basis to undertake the fit-out of two adjoining top-floor apartments located on the Garden Ring close to metro Park Kultury. The apartments will require a complete internal demolition before construction starts. Altaca will also be responsible for the interior design as well as all architectural and MEP design for the apartments.

The Embassy of Canada has appointed Altaca to undertake the fit-out from shell and core of the top floor of their apartment building located on Obidensky Pereulok in the centre of Moscow. The project involves the creation of two apartments, detailed design being carried out by Altaca.

Altaca have completed the construction and interior fit-out of the luxury house in Zhukovka for a Private Client. This project, which commenced in July 2003, required Altaca to carry out all detailed structural and engineering design works.

Citigroup and their project management company, Time Construction Consultants, have awarded Altaca to contract, following a competitive tender, to carry out the "re-stack" of their head office in Ducat Place on Ul. Gasheka. The project involves the reconfiguration and upgrade of almost 600m2 of offices, including the Presidential Suite, on several floors. The work is to be undertaken whilst the offices are occupied and is on a fast-track basis with completion within 10 weeks.

Gefco have appointed Altaca to carry out the fit-out of their new offices which are located in the Boulevard Ring Office Centre located close to Chisty Prudy. Altaca are currently undertaking the fit-out of offices for Peugeot in the same building.

Murray O'Laoire, on behalf of their client Nortel Networks, have appointed Altaca to undertake upgrade works to their new offices in Nabrezhnaya Tower (Moscow City). The contract was awarded on a competitive tender basis and involves custom finishes to various areas as well as specialist A/C, IT and AV works in the 1,500m2 of offices

Altaca have been appointed to both design and fit-out the offices and showroom for the company Almotrend. The offices are located in the Tobtim Office Development at Novokuznetskaya. The interior design will also be undertaken by Altaca.

The Anglo-American School have appointed Altaca to undertake the re-configuration of their Management and Administration Areas. The work is planned to commence immediately and is due for completion within 3 weeks. The project includes upgrades to the existing air-conditioning system.

The luxury country residence that Altaca started construction on in August 2003 is now at the stage of interior fit-out, completion is expected by the end of October.

The design of the new 629-seat Multi-Purpose Auditorium Complex and the competition standard Swimming Pool Complex for the Anglo-American School has been completed. In addition Altaca has designed a new car parking area, redesigned the existing Changing Rooms and carried out reviews for new Sports Facilities.

Deloitte have appointed Altaca, on a negotiated contract basis, to design and build additional Partner's offices in their existing offices. The work is to be carried out within a 3-day period to avoid disruption to their staff. This is the 4th project that Altaca have carried out for Deloitte and the second in the Mokhovaya Office Complex.

Peugeot have appointed Altaca to carry out the fit-out of their new offices which are to be located in a newly constructed office complex located on the Boulevard Ring. The offices comprise almost 1,000m2 and the project is to be completed on a fast-track basis with completion in 10 weeks from shell & core.

Altaca have been appointed by the IFC (International Finance Corporation) to undertake the fit-out of their new offices located on Stary Arbat. The offices are on 4 floors of a newly reconstructed building that is currently in shell & core condition. The project was awarded on a competitive tender basis. Altaca completed the fit-out of over 5,000 m2 of offices for the IFC's parent organisation, the World Bank, in 2003.

Altaca have today broken ground for the construction of a 7-floor luxury apartment building in Atyrau, Kazakhstan.

Substantial completion has been reached for the fit-out of the new offices for LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae LLP in the Nikitsky Pereulok Office Complex. The project commenced on site at the end of December 2003.

The Anglo-American School have appointed Altaca, following a competitive tender, as Design Consultants for their proposed multi-purpose 650-seat Auditorium Complex and their competition standard Swimming Pool Complex. The design works for both buildings are to be completed by the end of June 2004 with construction planned to commence in 2005.
